Should the Eagles pick Gareon Conley at #14 overall?

Contrary to Betteridge's Law of Headlines, I'm starting to think that the answer is "yes."
Some people would object that he's 'bad value' at 14 overall, since some "experts" are projecting that he'll be picked at the end of the first round or the beginning of the second. But check out this scout's take on Conley.

Basically, in Brett Kollman's well-articulated view, Conley's only issue is consistency of technique. He's athletic enough, and has played well enough (at least in spurts) to demonstrate that he's capable of being a top-shelf NFL corner.
Let me repeat that. TopShelf.
Kollman concludes: "[Conley]'s already really good, and he can get way better! If he goes to a Cover 1 and Cover 3 system that suits his skill set and they teach him how to use his hands...oh man, he is gonna be good. Like, erase-number-1-receivers-on-a-weekly-basis kind of good...he's a first-round pick all day long, folks, and I guarantee you whatever team gets him is gonna be very, very happy in the long run."
Sound like a good fit for what Howie Roseman and the Eagles are trying to do? Sound like a good match of need and talent?
Considering that Conley might well end up being a shutdown cornerback, that sounds like a good gamble to take, especially since the Eagles can pick at least one more cornerback later in the draft, which mitigates some of the risk of selecting a player that high.
I've already pounded the table about the Eagles' need to pick multiple cornerbacks in the 2017 NFL draft, considering that this class is considered to have a whole lot of very good corners. I will continue to advocate for selecting multiple corners until the draft takes place from April 27-29, 2017. Who's with me?
